The football game was exciting & well played. That part of was awesome! However, the food trucks outside the stadium could not sell drink - not even water. We took a water each with us from the parking lot to the stadium (about 1 mi walk) finished our drink & could not get another drink until the stadium opened. It was very VERY hot & I felt very uncomfortable. Please consider permitting the food truck vendors to sell water outside the stadium. We do understand not selling alcohol, beer or wine, but water should be available, especially on such a hot & sunny day.
Tcketmaster nightmare
Friend bought four tix to TB Buccaneers and Pitt Steelers. Sent two of the tix to me and another friend just fine. Two still on his phone/in Ticketmaster account for him and his girlfriend. Could not access the tickets on his account once at the stadium. Tried to send the tickets to himself just as those sent to we other two in the group. Never showed up on his phone. Ticketmaster customer service unable to resolve. Sent us to a non-existent "dispute resolution desk" at the game. Nobody at the stadium knew of any such resolution desk. Bottom line, friend had to stand in line and purchase two more tickets at the event. Missed the 1st quarter and half of the second. E Ticket only event for pre-purchase and unable to use half of the tickets purchased. Friend is now fighting with Ticketmaster for a refund. HORRIBLE experience. Hundreds of folks in customer service and ticket lines at the stadium with the same issue. Never again! E TIX only is NOT READY FOR PRIME TIME!
